At Inverness Farms, we have an 8-stall barn located on 23 acres of beautiful, gently rolling land.  State-of-the-art amenities include the following: 

Horse Barn

bullet Constructed in 2003
bulletAll-metal construction, both the interior and exterior, provides the cleanest and most fire-safe stabling option available
bulletRCA (Raised Center Aisle) design, with aisle ceiling fans and upper level windows for ventilation, maximizes cooling in the hot summer months
bulletStalls are a full 12’ X 12’, with rubber mats and large windows
bulletFly spray system minimizes disease-carrying flies and mosquitoes
bullet Comfortable lounge
bulletTack room, with saddle racks and bridle hooks
bulletBathroom
bulletHot and cold water wash stall

bulletA 115’ X 205' fenced and lighted riding arena, with sand and rubber footing, offers the latest and best technology in footing to help keep the horses sound
bulletA 60’ round pen provides a safe, confined area for beginner lessons and an ideal location for non-stirrup and non-rein lessons for more experienced riders, or for groundwork exercises
bulletLarge turn-out pastures, with mature trees for shade and plentiful grass 
bulletWe have Bermuda grass, which flourishes in this warm-weather climate and Winter Rye which grows in the colder months 
bulletWith approximately 2.5 acres of pasture land per horse, we are able to rotate pastures, creating a variety of grazing and turnout environments for the horses, resulting in excellent pasture conditions 
bulletOur pastures are fenced using sturdy, non-climb wire with wood posts and 2’ X 6’ wood top rails
bulletTwo individual holding paddocks provide an outdoor option for a horse on restricted turn-out
bulletA separate storage shed for hay and shavings results in a cleaner and more fire-safe stable
bulletA security system offers protection of horses and tack
